METHODIST CONFERENCE HOME

The Methodist Conference Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, one block
from downtown Rockland. Each of the 36 studio and 12 one-bedroom apartments are fully
applianced and feature large picture windows providing natural light.
For residents requiring more assistance, the Methodist Conference Home offers an
Enhanced Services Program on the Second Floor. All residents have access to a library,
garden and outdoor deck. Methodist Conference Home is in walking distance of restaurants,
the Rockland Public Library, churches and Rite Aid Pharmacy.

Offering 42 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom apartments, Rankin Center is located on
Main Street in downtown Rockland. All of the apartments are fully-applianced and
many have views of Rockland Harbor.
Rankin Center is in walking distance of restaurants, the Rockland Public Library churches
and Rite-Aid Pharmacy. The Brown Bag, a popular restaurant that serves breakfast and
lunch is located on the bottom floor of the building.

An 1850s-era house divided into 6 fully applianced apartments, Stevens House is located
in a quiet residential neighborhood, one block from downtown Rockland. It is in walking
distance of restaurants, the Rockland Public Library, Rite Aid Pharmacy local churches and
Rockland Harbor. Residents can eat three home-cooked meals daily in the dining room of the
Methodist Conference Home which is located next door. They can also join planned
outings and activities offered there and use the coin-operated laundry machines.
Maintenance services and parking is available to all residents.
No income limits. Open to applicants 55 and older

KNOX HOTEL APARTMENTS
192 Main Street, Thomaston
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Knox Hotel Apartments is currently
undergoing an extensive rehab that will be finished in mid 2011. Each of the 26 one-bedroom
and 3 two-bedroom apartments are being outfitted with new kitchens, sprinkler systems,
windows and insulation. These fully applianced apartments have carpeted living rooms
and bedrooms.
Knox Hotel Apartments are located in downtown Thomaston right across the street from
restaurants, a grocery store, banks and local churches.
